BODY

M.A.X.
The entire body is strengthened and streamlined. The focus is on targeted controlled movements. Even for beginners.
ZUMBA
Zumba is a dancing cardio workout with Latin American and exotic rhythms, with the focus on fun. Soft sneakers and freaky clothes are welcome.
CYCLING
Group training with music on a special bike with a flywheel. Individual endurance training. Strengthening leg, stomach and back muscles in particular.
MOBI + FLEX
Through targeted, dynamic and static exercises, joints are moved through and muscles and fascial structures are stretched. The aim is to make the body smoother, improve the range of motion of the joints and counteract tension in the body.
STEP + TONE
Easy step steps in alternation with strength exercises (body forming)
BODY + STRETCH
The entire body is strengthened and streamlined. The focus is on targeted controlled movements. Finally, 10-15 minutes of intensive stretching of all muscles and ligaments. Even for beginners.
TRX
TRX training is a new form of body training and is one of the best training methods in terms of body tension and core training. In addition to strength and endurance, mobility, sensorimotor and coordination are also promoted.
PILATES
Mobilization of the spine, promotion of core muscles/ harmonious interplay of mobility and strength. It is part of every balanced workout.
FUNCTIONAL PILATES
By merging functional training and Pilates, the muscles of the musculoskeletal system are strengthened. Balance, body control, mobility and stability are improved. The aerobics room becomes a force area!! We use various additional weights. The weight can be selected individually and allows training for every level.
HIIT
HIIT is a modern training method in which short periods of exercise alternate several times with short periods of active recovery. HIIT is still considered a new secret tip for fast and effective fat burning. Thanks to the short training sessions, HIIT saves time compared to conventional training and improves endurance and fat burning. This short, intense activity boosts heart health, promotes blood flow and strengthens the immune system.
